Fowler Model CAPDF-9/360, automatic, right to left, (9) head rotary, stainless steel, push-on capper designed to run insert and push-on style closures rated from 9 to 325 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap and Container sizes per application with proper change parts. Equipped with 177" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic interlock container belt conveyor with 32" long worm screw to star wheel container in feed and discharge, cap chute currently set for 63mm caps with no container / no cap, (9) push on capping heads with quick release gripper jaws set on 5" centers, with container sampling and rejection section has 4-1/2" wide secondary cross over conveyor. Remote control panel has A/B CPU controller with on board Strongarm swing arm and A/B touch pad controller with panel view and has control power on / off and cycle start, stop, reset and e-stop push bottons controls with A/B powerflex vari-speed controllers and interlock safety guarding with statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with (4) height adjustable legs. Used for lids, fitments, plugs, overcaps, flip tops and roller ball applications and can handle glass, metal or plastic containers.
