Groen Model TA 80 SP, 304 stainless steel, double motion,1/2 jacketed kettle. 33" ID x 29" deep mixing bowl. Equipped with bridge mounted anchor style sweep surface agitation, with secondary inverted Christmas tree agitator and removable covers. Jacket rated to MWP of 45psi at 300°F with (3) 1-1/4" ID threaded and (1) 1" ID threaded side / bottom jacket in / outlets. (1) 2" OD sanitary center bottom discharge port with butterfly valve and 6" floor clearance.
