Most boneless / non-frozen meat, fish, poultry, cheeses, bread products, fruits, and vegetables can be sliced. Has an all S/S motor for driving accuband, cutting band saw, hydraullically driven cutting action. Last used in USDA food operation slicing ham and cheese for chicken kiev.
