Urschel, Translicer 2000, stainless steel slicer. Production rates dependent on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 20" diameter cutting wheel, 98" long V-belt infeed and variable speed controls for both the belt and wheel. Ideally suited for elongated firm products up to 4" in diameter and 6" diameter for compressible leafy products. Capable of flat slices, crinkle slices and julienne cuts. Change parts required to accommodate specific cut configurations.
