Grote Model HB2 stainless steel, product bisector, cuts frozen or fresh bread products horizontally into halves. (Single lane on frozen, dual lane on fresh.) Product cutting zone is 4.94" in Width x .5 to 3.25" in Height and can cut in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6°C) depending on product and has an enclosure rating of IP65. Equipped with single 12" wide x 84" long product in feed, thru the AccuBand ® disposable band cutting blade and discharge conveyor, with top product pressure hold down belt and hand crank adjustable for a variety of different cut heights of bread products, with flip-up interlock safety guard covers. Control panel has machine on / off and able, conveyor speed and guarding release latch controls with e-stops. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs.
