Urschel, Model M, stainless steel, belt fed, dicer, shredder and strip cutter designed for meat products and is capable of production rates from 500 to 4,500 lbs per hour – depending on materials and application. Capable of strip cuts from 3/16" to 3" and cross cuts from 1/8" to 4". Equipped with 32" x 8½" load area on feed belt. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters. Change parts are needed to accommodate configurations and size range changes.
