40 quart, vertical, bowl chopper / mixer speeds depend on product and mix time. 19 1/2" ID x 12" Deep stainlees steel mixing bowl and top cover, 14" L bottom twin 2 speed chopper / mixing blades, 90 deg tilt, with flip up, bolt down cover and top mounted vacuum pressure gauge, 1/2 low pressure jacketed with 1/2 Hp top side scrapper motor drive and two speed 1750 / 3500 12/16 Hp bottom chopper blade motor drive, controller with start / stop, slow / fast, and vacuum pump controls (vac pump not included)
