Holmatic Model OF-2340, Automatic, 4-up, inline cup filler, roll stock film, die cutter, heat sealer and over lidder rated 10 to 40 indexes per minute with number of cups – depending on materials, application and machines configuration. All stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction. Cup size: up to 5" in Diameter; and 6-1/4" in Height. Fill size: up to 41oz + / – 0.5%, both with proper change parts. Equipped with (4) lane 32" long automatic belt fed empty cup magazines and denesters, cup conveyor has 22-1/2" long plates with (4) across 4-1/2" ID cup pockets set on 6" centers, (4) 7" long x 2" OD pistons with rotary valves and 1-1/2" OD positive shut off nozzles, 23" long roll stock film rollers with (4) die cutters, heat sealers and cup over lid magazines, with spinning roller over lid applicator. Control panel has A/B controller with A/B Panelview and (4) heat sealer controllers, with system reset, cycle, e-stop push button controls and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlocking cage style safety guarding and leveling legs..
