Osgood Syntegon, Model BEF-2X6800-S, Automatic, inline, 6 lane, 12 head, stainless steel, pre-made RTE (ready to eat) food tray filler, roll stock film applicator, heat sealer and cut-off station with number of trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machines configuration. Designed for a wide range of both dairy and food products from liquid, to viscous to pumpable into pre-made containers (with proper change parts). Equipped with 428" long tray conveyor and has 7" long x 47-1/4" wide carrier plates with (6) across 4-1/2" x 6" oval tray pockets set on 7" centers, (12) 48" long empty tray magazines, with denesters, (2) 50" long x 20" wide x 16" deep stainless steel agitated product hoppers and (2) sets of (6) filling heads set on 7" centers, no container / no fill, roll stock film applicator and heat sealer with (12) serrated blade cut-off station and automatic film rewind. Remote control panel has A/B controller with start, stop, reset and e-stops push buttons. Mounted on a heavy duty stainless steel frame with cage style safety door guarding and meets 3A sanitary standards.
