Back to All EquipmentHolmatic Model PR4, Automatic, 4-up, cup filler, die cutter, heat sealer and over lidder rated from 20 to 160 cups per minute – depending on materials and application. Stainless steel and hard anodized aluminum construction. Cup size: up to 4½" in Diameter; and 6" in Height. Fill size: up to 41oz both with proper change parts. Equipped with (4) cup magazines with spiral cup denesters, product hopper and feeders, cup conveyor currently set with (4) across 3¼" OD cup pockets set on 6" centers, (4) pistons with rotary valves and ¾" OD positive shut off nozzles, roll stock film with die cutters, heat sealers and cup over lid magazines, with reciprocating vacuum pick n place and spinning roller over lidder. Control panel has A/B PLC, controller with A/B Panelview and conveyor, cup dispenser, heat, filler, overcapper and cap station cycle stop controls with (4) heat sealer controllers and e-stop. Mounted heavy duty frame stainless steel frame with interlocking Lexan safety guarding.
