Back to All EquipmentJ.H. Day 10.4 cubic foot, 304 stainless steel, dimple jacketed paddle mixer, with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Mixing trough (inner) dimmesions: of 48" in Length; 22" in Width; 26" in Depth. Equipped with full dimpled jacket rated to 125 psi at 353 Deg F. with (2) 1" and (3) 2" ID threaded jacket ports. Flip up cover with electrical safety shut-off and (1) piece top product hopper. (6) interior mixing paddles on 2" OD posts mounted on 4" OD shaft. Dish bottom has 3-1/2" OD center bottom discharge with 22" ground clearence with out discharge valve and 10" floor clearence with the discharge valve. Driven by 5 Hp, belt to motor drive with safety guarding. Control panel has main and auto switches with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters.
