Back to All EquipmentJones Model IMV5, Semi-automatic, intermittent motion, vertical, hot melt glue cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials, applcation and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 4" in Length; 3/4" to 2-3/4" in Width; 2-1/8" to 7" in Depth. Equipped with (2) chains set on 5" centers, carton magazine, reciprocating pic and place, 44" long product load area each side, minor flap tuckers and major flap closers, Nordson hot melt glue system and interlocked lexan guarding. PanelView HMI with AB PLC and e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
