Carton size range: 1" to 4¼" in Length x ¾" to 4½" in Width x 2½" to 9" in Depth. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 5" centers, with 29" long blank carton magazine with vibratory feeder and carton pusher, reciprocating single head suction cup pick-n-place, 96" long load area each side with major and minor flap closers and tuckers with 96" long x 4" wide discharge conveyor belt. Control panel has PLS controller with control power and carton feed on / off switches, start, stop push buttons with e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding and statis light.
