Back to All EquipmentKalish, Model SDR2, automatic stainless steel water fall style cap elevator / feeder and sorter. Rated from 50 to 300 caps per minute – depending on materials and application. Capable of handling screw, snap or childproof caps (with proper change parts). Equipped with a 10½" wide x 55" long cleated cap conveyor belt with ¼" high cleats on 6" centers, 21" long x 33" wide x 16" deep (approx 5 ft³) stainless steel bulk product hopper, 16" long adjustable cap size discharge chute. Elevator on height adjustable stand with a 61" to 72" discharge range. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with casters.
