Equipped with 96" long x 15" wide x 18" deep chamber, thermowell, flip top bolt down cover with a 15" wide x 18" long product charge, 11" diameter screw on 3" OD shaft powered by 20 hp drive, 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-clamp style steam inlet port with steam filter system, 5" x 3" side end product discharge chute with 57" floor clearance. Mounted on (10) leg base frame. Product is conveyed by the rotation of the screw.
