Lee, 30 gallon, 304 stainless steel jacketed kettle. Vessel Dimensions: 20" diameter x 20" deep with a 10" straight wall. Equipped with a tilt out bridge mounted scrape agitator powered by a single 1 Hp drive, temperature probe, flush mount sensor and pneumatic ball valve. Kettle discharges into a Waukesha, Model 30, positive displacement pump powered by a 1½ hp drive with a 20.9:1 ratio gear box for a current flow rate of 4.9 GPM. Mounted on a base frame.
