Murzan Model KUS51E, stainless steel, sanitary, kettle unloading system rated from 0 to 5000 lbs pounds or 0 to 598 gallons per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 316L stainless steel wetted parts, sanitary double suction diaphram pump with 32" OD food grade plastic contoured follower plate with (4) stainless steel air cylinders to lift and lower the pump made to unload contoured mixing bowls of viscous products such as icings, batters, and fillings with delicate solids up to 3" without altering product. Control panel has A/B controller with auto / manual and raise / lower switches with start, stop, e-stop push button controls. Mounted on 304 stainless steel construction tubular base frame with casters.
