Back to All EquipmentOystar Model Dual 10 pocket, 2 x 10 configuration automatic, inline, stainless steel, 3A sanitary design, cup filler and sealer rated 100 to 700 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and container being run. Equipped with dual (10) lane cup denester, 55" long x 5-1/4" wide (10) pocket cup carrier with 3-1/4" ID pockets set on 5" centers and has dual (10) head piston filling banks, with 1-1/4" OD positive cut off filling nozzles and (4) jacketed product hoppers (2) for each bank of filling heads, with product temperatures from 35°F to 45°F, reciprocating pre-cut, foil lid pic-n-place (10) lane heat sealing station and container discharge section. Control panel has A/B controller. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with interlock safety door guarding.
