Corp., model KST80-712, 304 stainless steel, dual zone steam shrink tunnel and conveyor with self-contained steam generators and number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Total aperture: 7″ wide x 9¾” high. Equipped with 4½” wide x 187″ long through conveyor with an infeed and discharge range of 32″ to 36″ powered by a 1 Hp drive, (2) 7″ wide x 48″ long drip trays at infeed and discharge, removable guide rails with a maximum width of 5¼”, (2) zone 110″ long tunnel, (2) 40 Hp (30 Kw) steam generators, steam manifold with adjustable flow controls, steam vents with adjustable flow control connected to a 12″ diameter blower powered by a ½ Hp drive. Belt and blower controlled by devoted VFD , control panel with On/Off and touchpad HMI for heat control. Mounted on stainless steel frame.
