12 Head rotary chuck capper rated from 160 to 450 containers per minute – speeds depending on materials and application. Containers size range: up to 4-1/2" in Diameter; up to 6" Oval; up to 14-1/2" in Height. Cap size range: 13mm to 89mm in Diameter. Equipped with 3-1/4" wide by 144" long conveyor, screw to star wheel in feed, container body clamps, integrated rotary disc cap feeder, cap shoot, cap button transfer arm, air chuck heads set on 6-1/2" centers, turret guarding, no bottle / no cap and star wheel discharge. Mounted on B style frame with enamel coating. Change parts required to accommodate size range of container and cap.
