Equipped with a 14" diameter x 8" deep removable mixing bowl, hydraulic lid lift powered by a ½ hp drive, (2) 3" glass view ports, thermowell, HV blades and scraper powered by a 2 hp drive with VFD. Mounted on a painted frame base.
