Back to All EquipmentRoss, Model PVM 2, 304 stainless steel, verticle mixer. Vessel is designed for vacuum up to 29.5"Hg and jacket is designed for 15 Psig. Working capacity of 1½ gallons and total capacity of 1.9 gallons. Equipped with 9.5" diameter x 6.375" deep removable mixing bowl, powered lid lift, high shear emulsifier and disperser blade both powered by a ¾ hp drive, anchor mixing blade and scraper powered by ½ hp drive, flush mounted sensor. Mounted on painted frame base with castors. Control panel with push buttons.
