Tromp multi-purpose, stainless steel, inline, bakery make-up line, combines dough and flour depositing, with roller sheeting, spray moistening, slitting, fold over forming, guillotine cut-off and scrap removal with number of products per hour – depending on materials, application and conveyor speed. Line consists of 668" long x 35-1/2" wide product feed conveyor, with e-stops and rated up to 13.8 feet per minute and has 3 roll dough depositer with 12" long x 12" wide x 32" deep dough hopper and cut-off knives and 3 roller dough sheeter pulling and forming the sheet of dough from the depositor and placing on product conveyor belt. Has (4) other flour despencers thru the line to keep dough from sticking to conveyor belt and (4) other 2 roller dough sheeters thru the line to reduce and thin down the dough sheet to products desired thickness and all have multi 36" long x 8" OD rollers. Also has (6) vertical circular dough slitting cutting blades (6) overhead water spray nozzles for dough moisting and (6) dough product folding pipes with pneumatic guillotine knife cutter and dough scrap removal, collecting and recycling conveyor. Remote control panel has PLC controller with touch pad controls, A/B vari-speed controllers and is ethernet capable. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs.
Capable of handling a variety of bakery goods in different shapes and sizes with proper change parts.
