Bakery sheeters are designed to form a sheet of product by taking a premixed mass of dough or bakery goods and then to reduce this down through rolling or forming operations to a required size or thickness. Bakery sheeters are used in forming pizza dough or in forming pies and layered products.
APV Model 0209/16/1, Automatic, rotary bar roller press with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 16" long x 16" wide x 8" deep product feed hopper and (2) 10" diameter x 14" long rollers. Control panel with A/B touchpad Panelview 600 controls. Mounted on (4) leg frame with casters and leveling legs.

Complete line consists of product and press former with teflon product feed hopper and (3) 48" wide teflon product forming rollers that create a workable slab designed to reduce loss and improve final product and eliminates the need for any other equipment, such as water chillers, when handling sticky or tacky product and the press section has (2) 48" wide teflon product rollers that size the product and is designed to improve line speed as well as product efficiency for continuous slab production and has 48" wide nephreme belt conveyor. Remote control panel has conveyor and feed roller controls. Amount of product per hour depending on materials and application. Mounted on all in one base frame.
Rondo Model Polyline, Complete, stainless steel, bakery sheeting line with number of product per minute / hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with 260" long x 25¼" wide polyline product make-up table, dough sheeter with adjustable gaps and length, (6) disc’s cutting rollers with (6) water wetting devices, sugar duster and (1) roller for single roll winder, scrap defector with scrap collecting containers and safety guarding. Control panels have start, stop and e-stop controls with readout. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters. Last Doing Cinnamon Rolls.

Equipped with 24" wide product belt with belt duster, 20" wide dough extruder with 24" wide x 20" long x 25" deep hopper, dough top duster, (6) bar dough roller into (2) roller dough compression, secondary dough compression rollers, rotary die cut station, dust collection hood and 400" long pack conveyor with (20) operator work stations. System controlled by remote control panel with an AB PLC and AB PanelView touch screen HMI. All mounted on stainless steel frames with leveling legs.

Tromp multi-purpose, stainless steel, inline, bakery make-up line, combines dough and flour depositing, with roller sheeting, spray moistening, slitting, fold over forming, guillotine cut-off and scrap removal with number of product per minute / hour – depending on materials, application and conveyor speed. Line consists of 668" long x 35-1/2" wide product feed conveyor, with e-stops and rated up to 13.8 feet per minute has (3) roll dough depositer with 12" long x 12" wide x 32" deep dough hopper and cut-off knives and 3 roller dough sheeter pulling and forming the sheet of dough from the depositor and placing it on product conveyor belt. Has (4) other flour despencers thru the line to keep dough from sticking to conveyor belt and (4) other 2 roller dough sheeters thru the line to reduce and thin down the dough sheet to products desired thickness and all have multi 36" long x 8" OD rollers. Also has (6) vertical circular dough slitting cutting blades (6) overhead water spray nozzles for dough moisting and (6) dough product folding pipes with pneumatic guillotine knife cutter and dough scrap removal, collecting and recycling conveyor. Rondo, Model ZGV600, stainless steel, inline dough dusting and cutting system. Rated from 10 to 50 stokes per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 24" wide x 305" long Neoprene belt, 33" wide ribbed dough tension roller, dough duster with 9" long x 22" wide x 15" deep stainless steel product hopper, (2) sets of slitter wheels, (1) 18" wide die cutter roll and 25½" wide reciprocating guillotine knife. Control Panel has push button start / stop, variable speed dial, jog switch and E-stop. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.

3 roll, automatic, counter rotating roll, dough sheeter and extruder with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (2) 8" OD x 18" long top corrugated, rollers and (1) 12" OD x 18" long smooth bottom roller with open frame design. Control panel has (2) A/B vari speed controllers and (2) hour meters with start and stop push button controls with vari speed control dials. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.

Stainless steel, inline dough depositor with lbs of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 21" wide x 96" long Neoprene product conveyor, 29" long x 27" wide x 32" deep stainless steel product hopper, 8" diameter x 29" long (3) pocket rotary lobe depositing head and (1) 15½" wide x 10" diameter smooth top roller. Control panel with on / off switches and digital index count display. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with locking casters.

Rijkaart / Rinc / Capway Model P & A, Complete, stainless steel, 24" wide, in line dough sheeting and die-cutting system rated from 20 to 100 stokes per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with dough flour duster to (3) roll sheeting head with 13" long x 9" wide x 16" deep stainless steel product hopper, (2) 13-1/2" Long x 10" OD ribbed upper rollers and (1) 13-1/2" Long x 10" OD smooth bottom roller to ensure consistent and continous dough sheets. Product then goes thru a 2nd flour duster to the cross-sheeter with (2) sets of 10" Long x 1" OD rollers, to the final (2) roll sheeting head, with top and bottom 24-1/2" Long x 7" OD smooth rollers to the 24" long x 6" wide recipicating die-cutter with scrap return and retracting product unloading discharge conveyor section on to tray or pan. Control Panel has in feed table, cross roller, 2 roll sheeter, main table supply, start and e-stop controls with input / output and sheeter fast / slow speed control dials and statis light bar. All mounted on stainless steel frames.
