Utilizes slice, crosscut, and circular knifes with ranges from: 1/8" to 5/8" Slice Thickness, 9/32" to 3" Crosscut, 1/8" to 3" Circular. Continuous motion for uninterupted production and accept products up to 5-1/2" in any dimension. Product is fed thru hopper into a rotating impellor into the blades. Equipped with stainless steel feed hopper, discharge chute, with start / stop buttons controls. Mounted on a stainless steel (4) leg frame. Change parts required for size changes.
