KHS Bartelt, Model IM/S 9-16, automatic, horizontal, mechanical driven, intermittent motion, form, fill, seal machine. Rated from 12 to 60 pouches per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Pouch size range: 2" to 7" in Width; 2" to 9" in Length. Equipped with chain fed pouch conveyor with (16) stations set on 9" centers, film forming plow, tension rollers, zipper attachment, pouch side seal with cut-off stations, (2) filling stations with suction cup pouch openers and heat seal bar. 16" OD maximum film roll, with 22" maximum web width. Control panel has AB controller with a touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty painted base frame.

Pouch size range: 3" to 25" in Width; 4" to 16" in height. Equipped with forming plow, zipper attachment, tension rollers, pouch side seal and cut-off station. 24" OD maximum film roll, with 36" maximum web width. Control panel has push button start / stop controls and on / off switches for individual stations. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Control panel has Siemens Simatic 505 PLC controller with touchpad controller, and variable heat seal controls, with interlocking safety guarding. Film Specifications: up to 22" in Width; up to 18" in diameter with a max 3" OD core. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Equipped with chain feed pouch conveyor and has 12 stations set on 7" centers, forming plow, with tension rollers, pouch side seal and cut-off stations, suction cup pouch opener, single head auger filler with controller, spinning wheel top pouch dust-off and heat seal bar with pouch pick-off station. 18" OD maximum film roll, with 20" maximum web width, on 1" OD core. Control panel has PLS controls with auger, start, run, jog, registration, top, bottom and side heat seal control switches with start, stop e-stop and web feed push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with cage style safety guarding.

Equipped with bottom seal station, emboss date coding, variable frequency speed controller, registration, vacuum openers, Dual Bartelt auger fillers and vacuum pick off discharge. Mounted on frame with Lexan safety guarding.
