Able to process 45Kg to 181Kg (100lbs to 400 lbs) per hour – depending on materials, application, environment and machine configuration. Equipped with 316 stainless steel contact parts, a 6" diameter charge port, 2½" OD / 1¾" ID tri-clamp style discharge with 8½" ground clearance , feed system controlled by both a vertical and horizontal screw and model JT homoloid mill. The vertical screw has 2" OD and is driven by ½ Hp motor with a speed range of 100 to 450 rpm. The horizontal screw has 3" OD and is driven by ¼ Hp motor with a speed range of 0 to 62 rpm. The compaction rolls are 2" wide x 8" OD and made of 17-4PH stainless steel. The homoloid mill equipped with (16) 2½" long x 1" wide knife blades powered by 1½ Hp motor drive. Mounted on 304 stainless steel base with locking casters
