Back to Search ResultsFederal / Zalkin Model, 1200.00.036. 12-ZL-R, Automatic, cabinet style, stainless steel, left to right, servo driven, monoblock system with dual rotary cleaner, rinsers, 36 head rotary pressure gravity filler and 12 head rotary screw capper with top mounted HEPA filtration blower system. Rated from 50 to 300 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with dual rinsers working in conjuction, rinser 1 for sanitizing and rinser 2 for rinsing and drying, 4½" wide container conveyor thru the system, with worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge. Federal filler has 60" turrett with (36) bottom up filling heads and 1½" OD fill to level nozzles set on 5" centers with product CIP rinse system and collection holding tank. Zalkin rotary screw capper has 16" turrett with (12) capping heads set on 4" centers and has waterfall cap sorter elevator and feed system. Remote control panels with PLC controller and touch screen HMI has start, stop, e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar.
