Especially for the later group of customers, Frain’s Engineering Services team is a critical component of the machinery we provide.

Before providing free quotes on machinery, our team of engineers will review samples sent by our customers and discuss the best equipment options from our inventory of approximately 9,000 machines.

It’s a regular part of our work week or cadence of brainstorms undertaken by our engineers to select the best equipment for our customers.

After selecting a particular machine for our customers, our engineers evaluate each piece of equipment included to ensure that each machine is intact:

• Pneumatically
• Electronically
• Aesthetically
• Electrically

We repair or replace worn parts, and provide warranty parts and machine support and field services so that you can make the most from your equipment investment.

A smarter solution can be designed to enhance line performance, optimize cost, and save time with the help of our Engineering Services team.

In addition to this, we offer onsite equipment acceptance testing (FAT) and up to a full day of training for your machine operators.

During the FAT, not only will you see the machine or complete production line running with your equipment – you can also pick up tips from our mechanics and engineers on running the machinery.
