Parkson, Model RDT-100, stainless steel rotary drum thickener. Rated from 25 to 100 gallons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 4" NPT charge, 25" diameter x 40" deep (75 gallon) "flocculation" tank with ½ hp paddle agitation for mixture detention time, 30" diameter x 96" long baffeled rotarty drum screen powered by a 1 hp drive, screen spray nozzles supplied by a 1" NPT fitting, open-end solids discharge with 30" ground clearance and 105" long x 40" wide x 10" deep liquid collection bin with 4" NPT bottom drain with 11" ground clearance. System mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.

Control panel with on / off switch and push button start / stop controls.

Emco, Model MF1622, endless media filter. Rated from 10 to 100 gallons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp style charge port, 16" diameter x 18½" wide rotary drum with (2) 2" high scraper paddles, 22" wide Intralox style filter belt and an on / off switch.
OAD: 35"L x 35"W x 40"H
Stainless steel, rotostrainer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 15½" OD x 31" long screen with .5mm openings powered by 2 motor Hp drive. The screen is externally fed to a 28" long x 7" wide x 4" deep trough along the length of the cylinder. Solids are caught on the outside of the screen surface and are removed by 31" wide spring tensioned scrape blade. liquids flow through the drum and into a 24" wide x 66" long x 19" deep bin with (6) cartridge filters connected to a 3½"OD / 2½"ID threaded port. Resivoir also equipped with (3) 2½"OD / ID Tri-clamp style access ports.
