Oscillating granulator. Equipped with a 1 ft³ stainless steel product hopper measuring 16-1/2" in Length x 14" in Width x 8" in Height, six stainless steel hexagonal shaped breaker bars measuring 13" long x 1" diameter, a removable, stainless steel, 12" long x 16" wide bottom discharge chute with a 4" Diameter discharge and a 29-1/2" floor clearance, and push button controls. Mounted on casters. Screens required per application. Rates dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.

Oscilating granulator has a stainless steel hopper that is 14" x 15" at the infeed. 14" long rotor with a safety grate. Stainless Steel screen support mechanism with one screen. Discharge height of 40". Control box with starter and on/off switches. Self contained oil system. Unit mounted on casters. Capacity depends on materials processed & desired objective. Last running in a pharmaceutical operation. Screens available from OEM: #4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20/24/30/40.

Frewitt Model MGI-628, stainless steel, oscillating granulator. Rated from 100 to 1500 lbs per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 19" long x 11" wide x 6" deep top feed stainless steel product hopper with safety grid, (5) stainless steel breaker bars measuring 17" in Length x ¾" thick center bottom discharge and has 11" diameter discharge chute with 35" floor clearance. Control panel has push button controls start / stop / reset. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg base frame with casters. Change parts: Removable screens are required per application for different size particle reduction.

Frewitt Model MF-3, 316 stainless steel, oscillating granulator, rated from 200 kilograms to 600 kilograms of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Designed for powders with particle size from 5cm to 250um. Temperature range from -20°C to +60°C. Equipped with 12" long x 10" wide top feed stainless steel product hopper, with clamp down cover and safety grid, (5) removable, stainless steel, hexagonal shaped breaker bars measuring 12" in length; 1-1/2" thick. Center bottom discharge chute has 5" OD discharge with 30" floor clearance and control panel with push button controls and e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg base frame with casters. Change parts: Removable screens are required per application for different size particle reduction.
