A rotary tablet press is designed with a rotating disc to provide a pocket into which the powder is deposited and pressed into tablet forms. Rotary tablet presses form tablets as a continuous operation and runs at higher speeds than a single action tablet press.

Compression: up to 6 tons. Maximum tablet diameter of 16mm; Maximum fill depth of 17mm. Equipped with "B" tooling, keyed uppers, (2) 12" diameter x 20" deep product hoppers with level sensors and flow valves, 1 ton pre-compression, and (2) three lane discharge chutes with diverters for random sampling and start relief rejecting. Remote control panel with AB controller, touch screen display, push button start / stop, push button compression force and variable speed dial. Mounted on stainless steel base frame. Customer to supply tooling.
