Rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 9½" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width; 4" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, 46" long blank carton magazine, with 2 head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 78" long hand product loading area, forming plows and flap tuckers, (2) Videojet model 3340 laser coders each with a fume extractor, Nordson hot glue system with interlock safety guarding. Control panel has A/B relay logic controller, with touchscreen HMI, push button start, stop, e-stop controls, on / off switches for glue and vacuum and foot pedal. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and interlock safety guarding.
