Equipped with a 92" long lugged in feed conveyor set on 12" centers (48" load area), 25" wide pre folded side film unwind (utilizes center folded film), 6" long NextGen side seal mechanism, 12" wide vertical hot knife end seal and 6" wide by 60" long discharge conveyor. A/B PLC controller with touch screen HMI. Rated from to 90 linear feet per minute. Number of products per minute / hour dependent on material, application and machine configuration.
Arpac, Model XT18, Convection shrink tunnel. Equipped with 12" in Height; 21" in Width total aperture with 73" Long shrink heat chamber, 86" long x 17¼" wide composite conveyor, illuminated shrink chamber with viewing window. Swivel control panel with variable speed, temperature and air velocity controls. Mounted on casters and leveling legs. Number of products per minute / hour dependent on material, application and machine configuration.
