Gross capacity of 27 liters (7.13 gallons) and working capacity of 25 liters (6.6 gallons) per batch. Vessel dimensions: 14½" ID x 10" Deep. Equipped with hydraulic lift up for vessel with a fixed top cover powered by a 1 HP drive, 13" diameter (3) blade anchor style mixer with 6½" long x 1" wide blades powered by a 5 / 3.3 HP dual speed drive, (4) blade high shear mixer powered by a 2 / 1 HP dual speed drive. Control panel with high and low speed, start, stop, jog and hydraulic lift controls with pressure, rpm and temperature gauges.
