Back to All EquipmentDelkor automatic, dual head, top load, tray former and hot melt glue sealer. Rated up to 80 trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Blank size range: 5" to 25" in length, 7¼" to 22¼" in width. Formed size range: 3" to 14¼" in length, 3" to 20¼" in width, 1" to 7" in height. Equipped with dual blank tray magazine, dual vacuum suction cup recipicating pick-in-place’s, dual mechanical tray forming heads, no tray / no form photo eyes, Nordson hot melt glue system. Control panel has A/B PLC controller and touch screen HMI.
