Cornell Mixer Paste Horizontal D8
Back to All EquipmentCornell, Model D-8, Variable speed "Versator". Rated from ½ to 2 gallons per minute and disc rotation from 2000 to 6000 rpm – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 6" diameter disc and has ¾" ID / 1" OD Tri-Clamp product in / outlet, top vacuum port, and bottom drain. Product flows through a film-forming ring out and over the surface of the rotating disc at which time the dispersion / deaeration action occurs. Control panel has mixer and vacuum controls with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame.
Commonly used for dispersion, and deaeration for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical applications. Includes 316 stainless steel contact parts, quick release cover.
