Cornell, Model D16, Variable speed "Versator" rated from 1 to 20 gallons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 16" ID disc, rotation rated from 1200 to 3220 rpm, with (2) 2" NPT side chamber in feed and discharge product ports, (1) 2" NPT top vacuum port, pressure gauge and (1) 1½" NPT bottom drain.Clamp down cover with (2) 3" ID sight ports and 5 Hp motor drive with variable speed gear reducer. Mounted on a heavy duty painted base. Product flows thru a film forming ring out and then over the surface of rotating disc where the dispersion and deaeration action occurs, used for despersion and deaeration of food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical products.
