Back to All Equipment316 stainless steel 42 cu ft (2,650 lb or 320 gallons) USDA jacketed blender / cooker. Designed for gentle mixing and blending of delicate food products with the ability to heat or cool and direct pump out. Mixing chamber dimmensions of: 59" Long x 47" Wide x 47" Deep with a filp up counter balanced cover for easy opening and closing. 6" and 1-1/2" Diameter sanitary threaded top inlets and (2) side 2" dia tri clamp inlets and a 3" Diameter tri clamp sanitary center bottom discharge. Vessel can be used for batch processing or incorporated into continuous process system. Last used in the food industry.
