Delkor, Model TFL, automatic, single head, tray former, hot melt glue sealer. Rated from 10 to 60 trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Blank size range: up to 22" in length, up to 24" in width. Equipped with 43" blank tray magazine, vacuum suction cup recipicating pick-in-place, mechanical tray forming head, and Nordson hot melt glue system. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with a touch screen HMI.
