Fitzmill, Model D6A, compact, enclosed GMP sanitary design, 316 stainless steel construction, pharmacutical hammer mill. Equipped with 12" long x 12" wide x 10" deep stainless steel product feed hopper with safety grid and 16" long x 3" OD stainless steel vari speed metering feed auger, enclosed process chamber with (16) fixed stainless steel knife / blount blades. and 13” long x 6” wide product discharge with 36” floor clearance. Control panel has speed adjust dials and start, stop buttons for mill and feed screw with feed screw rpm and machine amp readouts with e-stops. Mounted on locking casters. Rates / Volumes dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.
