Back to All EquipmentGLASS Model VSM 300, is a 300 liter, stainless steel, vertical, vacuum mixer and meat marinating machine with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with 30" OD x 28" Deep stainless steel mixing bowl, with 90° tilt, and automatic open and close bolt down lid with bottom mixing arms and side wall scrapers with hygienic seals and low pressure cooling jacket with 1-1/4" OD threaded side jacket ports and 5 Hp motor drive with integrated vacuum pump. Control panel has touch panel operation with process data recording and run left / right mixing baffle, motor fast, slow and stop push button controls with vacuum on / off switch. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with leveling legs.
