Heritage Equipment, B Cast, 200 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel jacketed dual purpose cooker, cooler. Vessel dimensions: 72" diameter x 34" deep with 17" straight wall and cone bottom. Equipped with lift up covers, 5.4 Hp bridge mounted scrape and 3 Hp prop agitator, 3½" OD / 3" ID Tri-clamp style bottom discharge with flow valve and 16" ground clearance. Mounted on (4) tube legs.
