Jones Model IMV5, Semi automatic, intermittent motion, vertical tuck cartoner rated from 10 to 45 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 4" in Length; 3/4" to 2-3/4" in Width; 2-1/8" to 7" in Depth. Equipped with (2) chains fixed set on 5" centers, blank carton magazine, with reciprocating suction cup pic-n-place, 48" long hand load area each side, with minor flap tuckers and major flap closers, with self contained vacuum system. Control panel has carton infeed on / off switches, carton vibratory dial with start, stop and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding.
