Langen Model B1, Semi-automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, hand load, hot melt glue cartoner, rated from 15 to 80 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1-3/4" to 12" long x 3/4" to 6" wide x 3-3/4" to 14" deep. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 18" centers and 1" high x 2" long lugs, blank carton magazine, (2) head reciprocating vacuum carton pick n place, 9′ long load area, carton squaring rail, (2) gun hot melt glue systems with pattern controller, compression discharge and vacuum system with pump. Control panel with start machine jog, glue gun carton, vacuum pump, controls with e-stop. Tilt-able frame for gravity assist product loading. Mounted on base frame with barrier guarding and leveling legs.
