Tray size range: 2" to 9" in Length; 1¾" to 6" in Width; 2" to 8" in Height. Equipped with 32" long blank tray magazine, (2) 6 suction cup vacuum blank pic n place, single tray forming head, Nordson hot glue melt system, 156" long (2) chain lugged tray conveyor set on 12" centers running through glue systems, (4) 4¼" Long x 1¼" wide x ½" deep 6 pocket shuffle bucket indexing on 68" dual belt conveyor, quick change tooling. Single head, 2 Axis robotic product pick n place, leaflet feeder. Control panel has AB PLC with touchscreen HMI. Mounted on leveling legs with kleen top design safety guarding.
