Bosch Model 7520, automatic, dual head, hot melt glue tray former with number of trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Tray size range: flat blank up to 22" in Width; up to 30" in Length. Equipped with dual 32" long blank tray magazine, dual vacuum suction cup reciprocating pick-in-place, dual shuttle flat tray indexing systems with pusher lugs and dual mechanical tray forming heads. No tray / no form photo eyes and Nordson hot melt glue system. Swing arm touch pad controller with display and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling legs.
