Rated to 1,000 lb. batches with 4 to 9 minute mix times per batch – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 40" diameter x 37" straight wall stainless steel mixing tank with half flip up bolt down cover with magnetic safety switch, two stationary pull out stator assemblies one each side and inner rotating mix blades with bottom platform mounted 30 Hp motor drive. Waukesha, Model 130, positive displacement transfer pump with 3½"OD / 3"ID Tri-clamp style inlet/outlets powered by a 5 Hp motor drive. Ensures quick and total transfer of product and mixer ready to receive another batch. Control panel with push button start/stop, timer dials. Mounted on a 76" long x 48" wide painted platform with legs.
