Precision Stainless, 500 Liter, 316L S/S, insulated, internal vacuum tank. Vessel dimensions: 36½" diameter x 48" deep with a 34" straight wall and 36" head dish radius. Equipped with bolt down cover, side mounted temp probe, 1" side mounted heat transfer inlet, 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-Clamp style infeed, 3½"OD / 3"ID Tri-Clamp style CIP spray ball and 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-Clamp style discharge with 22" ground clearance. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters.
