Back to All EquipmentTrefa Model 2000, dual head, stainless steel, continuous, mixing / aerating system rated from 100 to 2000 kg per hour, per head – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 15-1/2" long x 10" ID dual, jacketed pin style rotor / stator closed production mixing heads used for higher degree of sanitation and has 1-1/2" OD inlet, 2-1/2" OD outlet with bolt down removable covers. A/B controller has touch pad controls with read out and vari speed controllers, with (2) pressure gauges and e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters. Continuous mixers provide homogenous mixing resulting in consistent final densities and modular design is easy to integrate into existing lines.
